Telecia Dawson, CEO & Founder

Telecia is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Author and Speaker. She has always had a heart for the youth. She started her philanthropic path because she was tired of seeing young people die prematurely or being caught up in the justice system. Based on her 20 years of law enforcement experience, Telecia has communicated with and learned from incarcerated individuals. While facing anywhere from a few days in jail up to life imprisonment, she has learned the “Why” of their incarceration. She is on a mission to empower the youth to become leaders and not victims to the system.
Will Dawson, Co-Founder
"My desire is to reduce juvenile delinquency and keep the community safe."
Growing up in the heart of South Central Los Angeles during the height of the crack epidemic, Will was surrounded by gangs and saw the results of drug abuse everywhere. He was determined not to fall victim to the justice system and enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard at the age of 21, where he found an interest in Law Enforcement. Shorty after being honorably discharged, Will joined the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff and currently serves as a Lieutenant. He enjoys speaking to the youth about gangs and gun safety.
Linda Tomlinson, Facilitator
"If I can save one child, then my son‘s death was not in vain."
Ms. Linda is a retired Deputy Sheriff for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office 22 years. She is the owner of the “Great Paint Escape on wheels LLC” and CEO of of “The Tomlinson Charitable foundation.” Ms. Linda dedicates her time and energy to helping the youth. She is a member of the Mothers Against Murderers Association (MAMA). In the wake of the tragic loss of her son, she became a victim to "The Systematic System," in which she shares her story on how the justice system betrayed her trust. Ms. Linda turned her pain into a passion by teaching awareness to save our youth from entering the negative side of the justice system.
